Sedona Incense Company is a family-owned business based in Sedona, Arizona, run by Kelli and Tera Klymenko. In 2024, the couple reintroduced their long-standing incense line under a new name—renewing their commitment to intention-based craftsmanship rooted in authenticity and purpose.
Originally founded as Spellbound in New Jersey in 1989, the business began as a metaphysical shop and vibrant community space. Kelli was involved from the beginning and, upon becoming sole owner in 1997, reimagined the store’s mission.
Spellbound quickly became more than just a shop—it was a space grounded in free thought, critical thinking, and self-help. Through workshops, writings, and community dialogue, it encouraged intellectual exploration, personal transformation, and empowerment. It served as a haven for like-minded individuals to express themselves freely and rise above the constraints of societal dogma.
Though the Rutherford, New Jersey storefront closed in 2004, the work continued. Kelli’s handcrafted incense and essential oil blends remained available through White Light Pentacles and Sacred Spirit Products in Salem, Massachusetts, until early 2020.
Over the years, more than 300 unique, intention-driven formulations were developed—each crafted with natural herbs, resins, essential oils, and carefully selected fragrance oils. Every scent was created to complement a specific goal or spiritual need, making each blend a meaningful part of the user’s journey.
Now based in the beautiful red rock landscape of Sedona, Arizona, the Sedona Incense Company carries the spirit of Spellbound into a new era. Every blend is made with care, designed to support your rituals, meditations, and personal growth.
